In the 25th of January, the patron of Vigan City is Saint Paul, many occasions celebrates this day, like in the morning0, many people came and watch this, the parade of ms.Vigan 2011, teachers, students in every school. We celebrate also the LONGGANISA festival this is the product of Vigan. We also see many tourist that enjoy the vacation here in Ilocos Sur specially in Vigan.
